Zarelli Studios is a remote web design studio. This page explains what information we collect when you visit this site or contact us, and what we do with it. In plain terms: we collect as little as possible, and we never sell it.
Who we are

Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you email us or use the "Start a Project" form, you send us what you choose to include, typically your name, email address, and details about your business or project. The form submits securely to our own server, which delivers the message to our email inbox. We use it only to reply.
- Basic technical data. Like most websites, our host may automatically log standard request information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.
This site has no accounts, no advertising or analytics trackers, and no cross-site tracking. The contact form is processed by our own hosting and email providers to deliver your message to us; it is not shared with advertisers, and we do not build marketing profiles or sell your information.
Cookies
This site does not set tracking or advertising cookies. Your browser may store standard, non-identifying data (for example, your reduced-motion preference is read from your device settings, not stored by us).
Third-party services
- Fonts. We load typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser requests a font, Google may receive your IP address and request headers. See Google’s privacy policy.
- Hosting. Our web host processes the technical request data described above to serve the site and to relay contact-form submissions to us.
- Email. Our email provider receives and stores the messages you send us so we can read and reply to them.
We only share your information with a service provider when it is needed to operate the site, or when the law requires it.
How we use your information
- To reply to your message and discuss, scope, and deliver a project.
- To keep the website secure and working.
- To meet legal or accounting obligations.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep project correspondence only as long as needed for the work and our records. If you’d like us to delete your emails and details, ask and we will, unless we’re required to keep them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain uses. To exercise any of these, email info@zarellistudios.com and we’ll respond within a reasonable time.
Children’s privacy
This site is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Accessibility
We are committed to keeping this site usable for everyone, and we aim to meet the WCAG 2.1 Level AA standard (the benchmark referenced by the ADA). That includes keyboard navigation, visible focus, sufficient color contrast, respect for reduced-motion preferences, and screen-reader-friendly structure. Accessibility is ongoing, so if you hit a barrier or something is hard to use, tell us at info@zarellistudios.com and we’ll fix it.
